En la ochava podemos ver a Carlitos La Mona Jimenez en lo que puede haber sido su debut como cantante junto al Cuarteto Berna en el club Falucho de Jesús María.Foto tomada por Miguel Ángel “Papa” Domínguez y atesorada por Juan Manuel Valenzuela.
Y la segunda imagen vemos a La Mona consagrado, a sus 68 años haciendo bailar a todo el país en el festival internacional de Lollapalooza.
Las manos que ves dibujadas representan las señas de algunos de los barrios de Córdoba. Las y los bailarines las realizan en los bailes para que La Mona le dedique sus canciones.

Mural tribute to Carlos “La Mona Jimenez” that portrays two moments in the artistic life of the greatest exponent of popular music from Córdoba and Argentina.
In the ochava we can see Carlitos La Mona Jimenez in what may have been his debut as a singer with the Cuarteto Berna at the Falucho de Jesús María club.

And the second image we see La Mona consecrated, at 68 years old, making the entire country dance at the international Lollapalooza festival.
The hands that you see drawn represent the signs of some of the neighborhoods of Córdoba. The dancers perform them at the dances so that La Mona can dedicate her songs to them.
